8th January

One wolf hybrid male pup, Yazhi known as AZ still looking for a new home.
Next litter due on the 4 Th of February from my girl and Shaun Ellis’s male Saarloos.
New Year’s Day was a very long but rewarding and productive day all round I got to spend all day with the dogs and go out in the field with each group which was nice for a change.
Monday was good apart from the weather, I had a very early start to get in front with feeding and cleaning so I could go out for the day with Wolf and Rupert, we popped into pets at home to get a jacket for my poodle as the poor little mite is embarrassed to be seen after my episode with the clippers, wolf ended up buying half the shop. He definitely spoils my dogs rotten with hundreds of pounds of treats whenever he visits.
Then we went off to see Shaun for the rest of the day to do a bit of training with Rupert to help Wolf get to the next level he is hoping to achieve with Rupert.
Kate had done a great job while I was out and she was very pleased with herself as she had managed to get Coosa in as well, I think a little help from the rain gave Kate the advantage, but all the same I was grateful for not having to go up in the dark and pouring rain to get him.
Then Shaun and Isla came over and we all went out for a nice meal.
Tuesday was the worst weather we have had so far, none of the dogs got out into the field before lunch time as the rain was so hard you could barely see where you were going, the river had flooded and the road outside my house looked like the river itself, a fast panic to move my van as the water came up the drive so quickly.
Shaun and Isla came over to spend some time with the labradoodle puppies ready to start doing the first part of the dog training video of their new dog from Saffi they have just bought from me.
We had yet another late evening out for dinner.
Wednesday morning went fairly well until we went to take the pictures of all the little dogs and neither of my cameras would work, I have put both on to charge and if that fails then I will get a new one.

Thursday was day training with Shaun and Wolf with Rupert before Wolf went back to London.
It was a hard cold wet day, I was glad to get home and have a bath before going out again.
Friday was good, everything went smoothly even the weather held off until the late afternoon which was not too bad as everyone had been out three times.
Kate and I went to the pub for the evening to see Simon and the hybrid female pup that he had off me on Christmas day, she is now called Narla, She is a very nice outgoing girl who is growing at the rate of knots, being a pub dog she is already very good with most people and not reserved unlike some hybrids can be.

Saturday was busy with people viewing pups and lots of enquiries on the phone.
We had a lot to get done with two people coming for interviews and making sure we could get in front with as much as possible so Kate could have Sunday off to go and visit family and take Lobo with her for a couple of days.
